5 star for the impression and buffer breakfast. Amenities and details need update and improvement. Booked for Christmas celebration but restaurant did not have Christmas eve theme dinner. Staffs recommended room service for special Christmas eve dinner but room lacks facilities for a proper dinner setting. No proper drinking glasses or wine glasses, not even dinning table and chairs. Wifi for room TV movies was unstable. Too many big tourist groups probably attracted by their impressions being the best hotel in Dalat..

The concierge and front door staff were very helpful and receptive. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of food items and the day spa room was lovely.

Very nice place, we loved everything. The pool is beautiful and good for swimming and the staff was exceptionally friendly and competent. Especially around the pool and the spa. Breakfast was nice and offered a variety of choices every day and in between different days.

Excellent location, great views. The suite was great with sitting area and separate bedroom. The food was excellent with many choices for all different tastes.

Fantastic heated pool and also kids ball pit area with great (long!) opening hours. A fantastic choice for a family. Only a short walk up the hill from the lake area. Lots of nice coffee spots and an atm near by. Fab views from the room.
